Product Description

EPILITE is a unique range of liquid larval hatchery feeds that provide superior hatchery nutrition and cause fewer pollution problems than traditional dry feeds. The unique emulsion form of these products provides neutrally buoyant particles that remain suspended in the water column. highly palatable and easily digestible ingredients that are constantly available to larvae, promoting consumption and assimilation of the nutrients and hence optimum larval growth and survival.

Composition

EPILITE feeds are comprised of marine protein, plant protein, olefinic lipids (HUFA), phospholuipids, complex carbohydrates, soluble sugars, B complex and C vitamins, fat soluble vitamin complex, broad spectrum micro-nutrient and attractant.

Directions for Use & Dosage

Shake the feed container before measuring feed quantity.
The measured feed should be taken into a sealable container together with clean sea water (500ml of sea water / 500ml of liquid feed) and shake vigorously for 20 sec. untill all the particles are dissolved.
Distribute uniformly the dissolved solution immediately over the surface of the larval rearing tank water

Product purity

Epicore can certify that EPIFEED-LHF feeds do not contain any: fungus, Salmonella, Shingella, shrimp byproducts, antibiotic residues or YHV, WSSV or TSV virus.

Product storage

Keep dry; do not store continuously at temperatures above 40oC; store out of direct sunlight in a well-ventilated area; do not pre-mix with other products not recommended by Epicore especially biocides and harsh chemicals.

Shelf life

Shelf life is two years if stored as recommended.
